Due diligence reporting provides relevant, provenance checked information to inform the corporate decision-making process, particularly around the consideration of investment or sale in the UK or overseas.
The information contained in a report will be particularly useful to company legal counsel and lawyers, where the investment or sale involves entities from developing or emerging markets.
We utilise in-country expertise and translators to ensure any information is accurately reported.
